How the referral programme works

Refer someone you know
Tell a friend or family member about Prime Scholars — share this page, message them directly, or just give them our number (+263 714 708 203). The only requirement is that they mention your name when they contact us.

They complete their free trial and enrol
Your referral books the free online trial lesson (or $10 home visit trial) and, after it, decides to enrol and attend their first paid session. The referral reward only applies once they are a paying student.

You receive a free session credit
Once your referral has attended their first paid session, we credit one free session to your account and notify you via WhatsApp. No chasing required.

Use the credit whenever you like
The credited session does not expire. Use it for any upcoming session and accumulate multiple credits from multiple referrals.
What you earn
1 free session per referral
The reward is one free session equivalent to one standard 1-on-1 or group class session for your child, valued at your current rate.
No referral limit
You can refer as many people as you like. Each successful referral earns you one free session. There is no maximum.
No expiry
Earned credits do not expire. Accumulate several credits over time and they remain on your account until you use them.
One credit per enrolled student
If you refer a family with two children who both enrol, you earn two credits — one per child enrolled.
Frequently asked questions
Does the referred person have to enrol for me to earn the credit?
Yes. The credit is awarded only once the referred student attends their first paid session. If they complete the free trial but decide not to continue, no credit is issued — but there is no penalty for you either.
Can I refer a family member?
Yes. Siblings, cousins, neighbours — anyone is eligible. The only requirement is that they are genuinely new to Prime Scholars.
How will I know when my credit has been applied?
We will send you a WhatsApp notification when the referral is confirmed and the credit is applied to your account. You do not need to follow up — we track referrals on our end.
Can the referred person also earn referral credits once they enrol?
Yes. Once a referred student becomes a Prime Scholars student, they can participate in the referral programme themselves and earn their own free sessions by referring others.
Is there a time limit on when the referred person must enrol?
No formal time limit. The credit applies whenever they enrol — as long as they mention your name when they contact us. There is no expiry on referrals.
